Property and settlement title search companies will obtain a title search on the property, clear title, order survey, pay off when necessary, and schedule settlements.
They then conduct settlements at a time and location convenient to you or your company. It may be at one of their offices or at another location of your choice.
They will then promptly disburse in accordance with lender instructions and follow up with the final title policy on a timely basis.
